WHY COACHING?

Coaches help clients find the appropriate alternatives to lead them through changing personal and work environments. The Coaching Process assists clients in clarifying values, identity, roles, and personal commitment needed to achieve and attain goals visions, and balance in their lives and organizations.

OUR MISSION

Founded by David 'Ari' Klein in 1998, our mission is to act as a sanctuary for individuals going through transition in order to help them to connect with their values and passions to re-energize their lives, create new visions and goals, and use the re-connection with their power to pursue these goals and make their visions a reality. Key to the process is assisting them in building visions of the future in alignment and integrity with their core values and the source of their energies, and helping them to create realistic time bound task oriented plans to reach their ultimate goals, whether these be personal goals or organization ROI. Our work bridges strategic planning and visioning to the tactical implementation of plans and growing, implementing and shifting behaviors on a daily basis to achieve goals.

Life Balance is central to this journey and to a satisfying personal life AND to productive careers & organizations. We also believe that a career is life's work and though a salary may end at retirement, life's work does not. A productive life is one of abundance & contribution where there is energy to live fully and be present to one's work, one's partner, family and friends, and most importantly to one's self.
