Mr. Klein founded A Perfect Balance in 1998, after 20 years in Corporate Human Resources & Corporate Technology organizations, many of these in High Tech Companies, among them Apple Computer and Autodesk. He also has spent several years as a small business consultant, as well as serving as the Director of a Rehabilitation Workshop.

He is the author of many articles on life transition, and has created and led workshops in career, midlife and couples and individual retirement transitions partnering with other coaches and companies like ING Financial.

As a Director of Marketing for the Professional Coaches and Mentor's Association he was assistant editor for the publication of the book, 'Coaching for the New Century'.

He completed his degree in Communications at Harpur College of the State University of New York at Binghamton, followed by Graduate Studies at the University of Chicago, Hyde Park.

Mr. Klein studied Life Coaching with Dr. Frederic Hudson of The Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, where he received his initial Coaching Certification in coaching adults and their organizational systems. He also holds Certification from the ICF (International Coaches Federation).
